Do I need to be at the villa to receive my order?
Pre-Arrival: No. We coordinate directly with your villa manager and stock your groceries before you arrive.
Mid-Stay: Yes. We will arrange a delivery window via WhatsApp/SMS, and your presence is required.
What if I am not there during delivery (Mid-Stay)? If we cannot reach you, the order will be left at the villa’s entrance. Please note that in this case, we bear no responsibility for product spoilage due to heat or for any potential loss/theft.

How fresh are your products?
Our products are exceptionally fresh! We source them specifically for your order from local producers (meat, bread, etc.).
What happens if a product is not available?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we will replace the item with a similar product of equivalent quality and price. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can simply issue a refund for the missing item.
Is there a minimum order limit?
Yes, the minimum order value is 59€.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure Stripe payment platform.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we source fresh products specifically for you, cancellations are not accepted once the processing of your order has begun.

Can I order alcohol?
Yes, provided you are 18 years of age or older. A valid ID or passport may be requested upon delivery for age verification.
