At Vacation Market, our goal is to make your holiday easier by bringing the best local products right to your doorstep. To serve you better, we offer two types of services:
1. Pre-Arrival Service (Stock your fridge before arrival)
How it works: Once you place your order, our team takes care of everything. We communicate directly with the villa’s manager or owner to arrange access. We then place your groceries in the appropriate spots (fridge, freezer, or cupboards), ensuring the proper preservation of every product.
Your presence is not required: This service is designed so that everything is ready and waiting for you before you even enter the villa.
Scheduling: A calendar will appear at checkout for you to select your arrival date.
Deadline: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, allowing us the necessary time to coordinate with your property representative.
Delivery: All Pre-arrival deliveries are completed in a timely manner, ensuring that everything is fresh and in place before your official check-in.
2. Mid-Stay Service (Restock during your stay)
How it works: Choose this service if you are already at your villa and need a refill of fresh products and essentials.
Immediate Updates & Scheduling: As soon as we receive your order and begin processing it, a representative will contact you immediately via WhatsApp/SMS. Our goal is to mutually agree on a specific delivery window in advance. This way, you will know exactly when we will arrive, ensuring you don’t have to tie up your holiday time and can plan your activities with ease.
Our Care: To guarantee top quality, we require a period of up to 36 hours at the latest to collect products from our local suppliers and prepare your order with due care.
Your Cooperation: Since most products are perishable, your cooperation is essential:
Presence at the property: You are required to be at the villa during the pre-arranged delivery window.
Absence or Communication Issues: If our driver arrives and there is no response via phone or presence at the site, the order will be left at the entrance of the villa.
Responsibility: In this case, the responsibility for the safety of the products is transferred to the customer. Vacation Market bears no responsibility for product spoilage due to temperature or for any potential loss or theft.
🛒 General Ordering Rules
At Vacation Market, we want your shopping experience to be completely transparent and clear.
Minimum Order: The minimum order value is 59€.
Delivery Fees: For orders up to 150€, the delivery fee is 10€. For orders over 150€, delivery is FREE.
Cut-off Time: Orders submitted after 16:00 (4:00 PM) will be processed as orders for the following business day.
Product Care: Quality is our priority. We guarantee the excellent condition and freshness of your products during transport, even during the high temperatures of the Cretan summer.

Customer Support: Our support team is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are carried out daily, from 09:00 to 18:00.

How to enter the delivery location correctly at checkout
On the checkout page, you can search for your accommodation name in the ‘Villa / Apartment / Hotel’ field and select it from the list. The address will auto-complete.
Important Notice Regarding Weekend & Same-Day Deliveries:
Please note that orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays requesting same-day delivery will be delivered on Monday morning, or upon prior arrangement with our support team, due to limited store operations over the weekend in Greece.
For same-day orders, deliveries are completed within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
